Technical support representative will provide technical and network problem resolution to customers by performing a question diagnosis, aided by an online system while guiding users through step-by-step solutions. Support will be provided by clearly communicating technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner.
Skills and knowledge qualifications:
•Proper phone etiquette
•Ability to speak clearly and accurately
•Demonstrated proficiency in typing and grammar
•Knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment.
•Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
•Effective listening skills
•Willingness to cooperate with others and work to the greater good.
•Multitasking abilities
We are looking for :
•Amenable to work with overtime and on weekends if needed.
•No Call Center experience required
•At least a high school graduate
•Good comprehension skills.
•Can Start ASAP
Salary: ranging to 15,000-18,000
